My Story, Our Journey
My journey into the world of health began in 2017. Like many, I was searching for a way to lose weight and balance my mood. The immediate results I got from simple dietary changes were shocking—in a matter of days, I was sleeping better and feeling stronger. I didn’t know it then, but this was the start of a much deeper journey.
The Missing Piece
After years of studying, I was a certified health coach, ready to help others. But there was a humbling irony: I was still struggling with my own chronic symptoms, which were compounded by the long-term effects of COVID. I had to learn the hard way that all the diets and exercises in the world wouldn’t help if I didn’t address the real triggers and emotional turmoil I had going on inside.
It was in this struggle that I learned the truth: you can have all the knowledge about food and healthy habits, but if you don’t address your relationship with yourself and the stress you carry, you can't truly heal. That’s when the real work began—I practiced setting healthy boundaries, changing my inner dialogue, and taking steps to put myself first.
My Mission: Your Roadmap to Healing
My journey became my mission. I believe that a loving relationship with ourselves sets the tone for our relationships with G-d and with others. We are all on a journey of healing, and the world is calling us to return to ourselves.
My coaching is unique because I have been on this brave journey of renewal myself. I have a background in healing from trauma and I am guided by the wisdom of Torah values and teachings. While you can get all the best nutrition advice from an AI, you can’t get a supportive human guide who has walked this path before you. I am here to support, guide, and cheer you on as you take your next step toward a healthier, happier, and more meaningful life.
