About Shoshi

Hi! I’m Shoshi Friedman, an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, wife and mother, artist, thinker, and someone who has walked a long, meaningful road toward health, stability, and inner strength.

My journey began years ago, when my own health challenges pushed me to search for answers. I dealt with indigestion, mood swings, overwhelm, burnout, and a sense that my life as a Jewish woman was not aligned with my goals and dreams.

Through Integrative Nutrition, I learned how to slow down, listen to my body, and create habits that brought me back to myself. I first began by studying the foods we put on our plates. I experimented with different diets, detoxes and health practices, and learned about supplements, essential oils, crystals, plants, spices, and what we put in or on our bodies to help us feel balanced and whole. I exercised, did yoga, and even ran a Jerusalem 10k marathon!

But it wasn’t enough…

Through that process, I discovered that health isn’t just about food or fitness. It’s about responsibility in how you live, think, and nourish yourself in all ways.

I began studying food off the plate - mindset, marriage, relationships, and healthy boundaries. I then combined it with doing what I love, practicing my love of art and sports, and I realized that nourishing ourselves is a beautiful practice of creating a happy, healthy relationship with yourself.

That insight became my calling.

Today, my work blends Integrative Nutrition, Creative Expression, and Torah Wisdom.

I guide my clients by asking the questions that uncover what’s truly holding them back — and by helping them build simple, doable steps toward feeling strong and balanced again.

If you’re ready for a fresh start — one rooted in clarity, stability, and a sense of possibility — I’m here to walk that path with you.
